Biography

Mr. Lindberg has served as a director since January 2006 and as Chairman of the Board since January 2023. Previously, he also served as our Interim President and Chief Executive Officer from October 2024 to February 2025, our Chief Executive Officer from January 2019 through December 2022 and our Co-Chief Executive Officer from January 2006 to December 2018. Prior to being appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lindberg served in various positions with the Company since 1996. Having served as our former Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lindberg brings significant senior leadership experience, as well as detailed knowledge of our operations, finances, strategies and industry garnered over his three-decade tenure with us.
